Can Yeonsei treat NSW CTP motor-accident injuries?+

Yes. Our chiropractors provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for eligible NSW CTP claims. Please bring your claim number, insurer details and any relevant medical documents. We will confirm the appropriate approval pathway before ongoing treatment.

Do you provide chiropractic care for Workers Compensation claims?+

Yes. SIRA-approved chiropractic care is available for eligible NSW workplace injury claims. We confirm funding with the insurer and communicate progress, functional goals and treatment requests as required.

Do I need a GP referral for Workers Compensation chiropractic treatment?+

NSW chiropractors can commence Workers Compensation treatment without a referral, but claim acceptance, eligibility for medical expenses and insurer funding should be confirmed. Other claim or workplace requirements may still apply.

What should I bring to a SIRA appointment?+

Bring your claim number, insurer and case-manager details, date of injury or accident, relevant certificates and reports, current medication information and any correspondence about treatment approval.

Where is Yeonsei Chiropractic Clinic located?+

We are in Suite 204 on Level 2 of Strathfield Plaza, 11 The Boulevarde, Strathfield NSW 2135—about two minutes from Strathfield Station. The plaza offers up to three hours of free parking.

Do you accept private health insurance?+

Yes. On-the-spot HICAPS claiming is available for eligible chiropractic services. Your rebate depends on your insurer and level of cover.

Can I use a Medicare referral?+

Eligible patients may access chiropractic care under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan. Please speak with your GP about eligibility and bring your current referral to the clinic.

What happens at an initial chiropractic consultation?+

Your chiropractor will discuss your history and goals, complete an appropriate physical assessment and explain the findings. Treatment is included in every initial consultation and is provided after the assessment and with your consent.
