YEONSEICHIROPRACTIC & PILATESCall about your claimNSW Workers Compensation
Yeonsei provides SIRA-approved chiropractic assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for eligible NSW Workers Compensation claims, with functional goals and insurer communication when required.

At a glance
Care starts by understanding the injury, current symptoms, functional limits and work demands. A clinically appropriate plan may combine hands-on treatment, exercise and graded rehabilitation, with progress measured against practical recovery and work-related goals.
Before treatment
NSW chiropractors do not require a GP referral to commence Workers Compensation treatment. Before the first appointment, however, the clinic should confirm that the claim has been accepted, the worker is eligible for payment of medical and related expenses, and the insurer agrees the treatment is reasonably necessary.
Claim acceptance, treatment approval and payment decisions are made by the insurer. Please call reception if you are unsure what has been approved.
Your claim pathway
Bring your available claim information so we can identify the appropriate pathway and avoid preventable delays.
Share the claim number, insurer, case manager, date of injury and current approval information.
We clarify claim acceptance, medical-expense eligibility and the relevant insurer requirements.
Your chiropractor assesses the presentation, functional limits and work-related recovery priorities.
Care begins when the pathway is confirmed, with progress measured and requests submitted when required.
Individualised management
The assessment considers symptoms, movement, strength, function and relevant work tasks. Care is reviewed according to progress and may be coordinated with the nominated treating doctor and wider recovery team.
Claim communication
With appropriate consent and where required, Yeonsei can provide treatment requests and relevant progress information to support coordinated recovery.
Allied Health Treatment Requests completed when required
Functional goals and outcome measures documented
Progress communicated to the insurer or case manager
Coordination with the GP, employer or rehabilitation provider when appropriate

Your chiropractor discusses the injury, symptoms, work demands and goals, completes a relevant assessment, explains the findings and provides treatment when the claim pathway has been confirmed and treatment is appropriate.
An Allied Health Treatment Request, or AHTR, outlines the current presentation, progress, barriers and proposed treatment. SIRA-approved practitioners use it to request insurer approval when required.
Where required and with appropriate consent, the clinic can submit treatment requests and provide relevant progress information to the insurer, case manager, nominated treating doctor or wider recovery team.
Bring your claim number, insurer and case-manager details, date of injury, Certificate of Capacity, relevant reports or scans, approval correspondence and information about your work duties.
