At a glance

CTP chiropractic care focuses on symptoms, function and measurable recovery goals.

The assessment considers the accident, current symptoms, movement, daily activity and participation. When chiropractic care is appropriate and the claim pathway is confirmed, treatment may combine hands-on care, activity advice and graded rehabilitation, with progress reviewed over time.

Before treatment

Bring your claim and insurer details so the correct approval pathway can be checked.

Treatment may be funded when it relates to an eligible NSW motor-accident injury and the insurer’s requirements are met. Requirements can differ by claim and scheme, so contact the clinic before the first appointment if you are unsure whether treatment has been approved.

Claim acceptance, treatment approval and payment decisions are made by the insurer. Please call reception if you are unsure what has been approved.
